Baby Shark Event Database Update

47 item entries added, 15 quests, 2 maps, 19 items with modelled effects — plus the marketplace, the map browser and a partner API on the site.

The summer event around Baby Shark in Comodo — and the first update in a while that brings real content rather than renamed text. Old links keep working — every previous address redirects to the new one.

1. Item entries added — 47

The complete event wave: costumes, selection boxes, event rewards and two cards.

2. Effects modelled — 19 items, 28 effect groups

The part a calculator can actually use. 14 of the new items carry their effects in the description text only — the stat block on a costume reads DEF 0 while the text grants EXP, ATK or drop rate. Those effects are now structured data:

Items Effect
300834, 300835 Shark cards: ATK/MATK +7, DEF +3, MDEF +1 per 10 base levels
401367, 401372401376 Hoods and mask: EXP +5%
480818480822 Bags: ATK/MATK +10, CRI +10, variable cast −10%, drop rate +5%
480824 Garment: water resistance +80%, HP/SP returned on kill

All of these are marked [Event-Limited Option] in game — the effect ends with the event. That limitation is stated on every effect group.

Two effect patterns are deliberately shown as text without numbers: scaling per base level and the on-kill return. A fixed number would be wrong for anyone below level 50, and a maximum value would be wrong for everyone else.

Five older items were repaired in the same pass. The Nordfeld equipment — 401509, 401510, 450587, 450588 and 470466 — listed its MHP, MSP and refine bonuses in game but carried none of them in the database. That gap went unnoticed for two update windows; it is closed now.

3. Quests added — 15

The Baby Shark chain in Comodo: talking to Baby Shark, the hide-and-seek and treasure-hunt steps, collecting seashells, and finding each member of the shark family.

4. Maps added — 2

pbse and 1@pbs, both Baby Shark's Playground — the event map and its instance. Five new map entries exist in the game data, but three of them are instance variants that share a page with a map already here.

5. Warps — 1 moved, 5 added

  • prt_sewb4prt_sewb3: exit moved from 100,96 to 100,95
  • Four new warps around b_gef_f03 and gef_fild03, plus a Prontera → Comodo route

6. Descriptions synchronized — 1

107812 Organization's Honor (MVP): the reward went from 100 to 500 Guild Honor Points. A single line of text, and a real balance change behind it.

7. Site

  • Marketplace — a trading board with listings; a published price is a vending price, and listings can be corrected
  • Map browser reworked — click-to-place, a clickable atlas backdrop and a working search box
  • Quests now render the full quest text, with a crafting category
  • Crafting lists quest-crafted equipment as its own category
  • Partner API — the game-data catalogue is published, and the build planner can be embedded, with sign-in working inside the embed
  • The cookie dialog stays usable behind content blockers

Where this comes from

Everything above reflects the current state of the game, not third-party data. Every value carries its origin in the database. What is not confirmed does not appear on the site.

Known gaps. The 2,583 sprites in this patch are not on the asset server yet. A map called cmd_bhole exists but has no display name in any language, so it cannot be listed. And 76 MVP extermination quests are no longer part of the current quest list — those pages are still here on purpose: they are recurring event quests, and removing them would only mean recreating them at the next rotation.
